The Role You Will Be Responsible For Welcoming, assisting and directing clients and other guests of the organisation. Answering all incoming calls and either redirecting them to appropriate party or handling caller inquiries wherever possible. Assisting in organising meetings and conference calls. Receiving mail and arranging dispatch. Ensuring the cleanliness / tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms. Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required. Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Aviation, Transport & Logistics. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments What's on Offer?
