🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Assist students in understanding MAAC’s courses (Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, Multimedia).
• 
  
• Conduct counselling sessions—walk-ins, phone inquiries, and leads—ensuring high conversion rates.
• 
  
• Guide students and parents on course selection, career paths, and future opportunities in the media & entertainment industry.
• 
  
• Manage admission processes, documentation, and follow-ups.
• 
  
• Plan and participate in seminars, workshops, school visits, and outreach activities.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-up status.
• 
  
• Coordinate with faculty and management to ensure smooth student onboarding.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience

  in academic counselling, student advisory, or education sales.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand student needs and convert them into admissions.

• Comfortable with targets and performance-driven environments.

• Knowledge of the animation, VFX, and design training industry is a plus.

• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Specialization in counselling, education, or sales is an added advantage.
