Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs and career paths.
• Conduct product consultations via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address student queries effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads through CRM tools to ensure timely conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of EdTech experience (inside sales/tele-counseling preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Ability to handle walk-in inquiries confidently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
