Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Engage with students to introduce our test prep solutions and convert leads into enrolments
In-depth counseling of students and parents regarding various competitive exams
such as CAT, CUET, CLAT, and IPMAT.
Focus on connectivity and trust building by customizing sale pitches to address students and parent's specific requirements
Be well-informed about the pattern, syllabus, eligibility criteria, etc. of different competitive
exams
Achieve targets, as defined by Team Lead
Maintain an accurate record and report of all students in CRM

Preferred candidate profile

Any Bachelors/MBA in Sales & Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience of 2+ years in the same kind of industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Convincing Power/Adaptable/ Active listening.
