Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling & Mobilization

Counsel and guide students on the importance of IELTS training for overseas education.
Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, and local outreach activities and cold callings in our database.
Conduct informational sessions, seminars, and webinars to attract potential students.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversions from inquiry to enrollment.

Training Coordination

Coordinate class schedules between trainers and students.
Ensure smooth daily operations of IELTS classes (online/offline).
Handle student queries related to training, batches, or course materials.
Monitor attendance, performance, and feedback collection.
Support trainers with academic and administrative requirements.

Operational & Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate records of enrollments, classes, and feedback.
Assist in marketing activities such as social media promotions or campus events.
Collaborate with the Study Abroad team for integrated student support.
Report weekly performance metrics to management.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Passion for education, student engagement, and training management.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
