Education: Bachelors Degree in any discipline Education or Psychology preferred

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Academic Counsellor to guide and support students in making informed academic and career choices You will act as a mentor and advisor for students helping them select the right courses and succeed in their education journey

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings admission procedures and career paths
• Follow up on leads generated through walkins phone calls and online inquiries
• Conduct career assessment discussions and recommend suitable academic programs
• Maintain student records monitor academic progress and assist with course selection
• Coordinate with faculty and administrative teams for student support
• Meet weekly and monthly enrolment and conversion targets
• Participate in seminars education fairs and outreach programs when required

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Education Psychology Humanities or related field
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in academic or student counselling or education industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English Hindi and Bengali is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office CRM tools and student management systems
• Ability to empathize with students and offer thoughtful guidance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
