Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Academic Counsellor based in Kozhikode. The Academic Counsellor will engage with prospective students to guide them in making informed decisions regarding their education and career goals. Responsibilities will include conducting student counseling, providing career and academic advice, addressing inquiries on courses, and supporting the enrollment process. The counselor will also collaborate with the academic team to ensure student success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong skills in Academic Advising and providing relevant Education guidance
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents
• Ability to understand and address individual learner needs
• Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with diverse individuals
