Role & responsibilities :

• Academic Advising

  : Provide one-on-one academic counseling to students, offering guidance on course selection, academic planning, and degree progression.

• Support & Retention

  : Assist students facing academic challenges by identifying obstacles and creating personalized action plans to improve their performance.

• Career Counseling

  : Help students explore career options, internships, and professional development opportunities related to their field of study.

• Student Engagement

  : Organize workshops, seminars, and informational sessions on study skills, time management, and other relevant topics to support student success.

• Monitoring & Reporting

  : Track student progress and academic performance, providing detailed reports to faculty and administrators on trends and issues affecting student achievement.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with faculty, staff, and student services to ensure students are receiving holistic support tailored to their academic needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in EdTech Background.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and result-oriented

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: 25,000 to 30, 000 per month in hand
