You will be responsible for the management of academic programs including CA, ACCA, CMA, and CS programs. This includes assisting in planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure alignment with institutional goals and standards. Additionally, you will monitor teaching methods and materials to assess effectiveness. Supporting faculty members is a key aspect of the role, which involves recruitment, training, and evaluation. Providing ongoing professional development opportunities and fostering a collaborative academic environment are essential for faculty support and development. In terms of student support, you will address academic concerns, offer guidance on academic matters, and oversee academic advising services. Collaboration with other departments is necessary to ensure comprehensive student support services. Maintaining academic standards and compliance with accreditation requirements is crucial for quality assurance. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes, as well as conducting regular reviews and audits of academic programs. Administrative tasks include assisting with the academic department's budget, preparing reports for senior management, and managing academic records. Ensuring accurate documentation and effective budget management are key responsibilities in this area. Identifying and implementing innovative teaching strategies, staying updated with educational trends, and leading initiatives for academic improvement are also part of the role. Continuous improvement and innovation in academic offerings to enhance student outcomes are vital components of this position. The qualifications required for this role include a Master's degree in Education, Academic Administration, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of experience in academic or educational administration. Strong understanding of program development and evaluation, excellent organizational and managerial skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position in the Education/Training industry. The role requires proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English languages. The age limit for this position is 35 years.
