Encourage innovative teaching practices that prepare children with confidence and 21st-century skills.

Communication

Build warm and respectful relationships with parents by keeping them informed and involved in their child’s learning journey.

Coordination

Collaborate with the Centre Head and teachers to maintain a nurturing and effective academic environment.

Support teachers and staff in ensuring children have the resources, care, and attention they need.

Coordination

Encourage teamwork and harmony across the school community for smooth day-to-day functioning.

Role prerequisites

• A recognized ECCEd or equivalent qualification, with a genuine passion for nurturing young minds.
• 5–10 years of experience in academic leadership, preferably in reputed or international schools.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide teachers with empathy and care.
• Commitment to creating a value-based, supportive environment for children, parents, and staff.

Work Timings & Location

8.30 AM to 4.30 PM (2^nd and 4^th Saturdays are holidays)

Sector 21, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Pay

Competitive salary with benefits (Health Insurance, Provident Fund). Deserving candidates will be compensated accordingly.
