Roles and Responsibilities : Curriculum Design & Development: Design and develop engaging, age-appropriate, and curriculum-aligned content for [English/Hindi/Mathematics/Environmental Sciences (Social studies and Sciences)] for primary grade levels. Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, power point presentations and other educational materials that support the teaching-learning cycle. Ensure content is accurate, free from errors, aligned with educational standards, and maintains high-quality through careful review and editing. Collaborate closely with content developers, subject matter experts, graphic designers, and instructional designers to create visually appealing and curriculum-aligned educational materials. Utilize diverse teaching strategies and incorporate activities that encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity, catering to different learning styles and needs. Stay updated on educational trends, curriculum changes, and teaching methodologies, integrating innovative approaches and technology into the content. Adapt content based on classroom needs, user feedback, and direct observations from school visits. Teacher Training & School Engagement: Conduct teacher training sessions, both physical and virtual, on effective teaching strategies and content delivery. Provide ongoing support to teachers to enhance their understanding and application of the developed content. Conduct a minimum of two school visits per month to observe classroom implementation, gather feedback, and provide on-site support. Travel may be required as part of the school visits. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors degree in [English/Hindi/Mathematics/Environmental Sciences (Social studies or Sciences)] or related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Strong understanding of educational standards and curriculum requirements. Excellent writing and editing skills. Experience in teaching or educational content development. Skills: Strong subject knowledge. Creativity and innovation in content creation. Proficiency in MS Office and content creation tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a training environment. R llingness to travel and engage with schools directly.R
