AC Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced A/C Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units (split, window, and central AC systems).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in A/C systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
• Handle refrigerant charging, pipe connections, and electrical wiring safely.
• Maintain records of service and maintenance work done.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines while working.
• Coordinate with clients, staff, or management regarding maintenance schedules.
• Recommend replacements or upgrades when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as an A/C Technician.
• Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of AC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, refrigeration cycles, and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot efficiently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in servicing commercial and residential AC units.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient and inverter AC systems.
• Valid license or certification for handling refrigerants is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (or as per organization/maintenance requirements).
• Flexibility to work in case of emergency breakdowns.
