Job Description

L1 (2-4 years experience):

Monitoring and validation Incident Response for missing Device troubleshoot technical issues with OEM Absolute BI Dashboard accuracy and defined action as part of BAUDevice Location Validation for Anomaly Assets Dark Devices & EOL devices action With Asset Team
BAU and Status Report Generation
Ensure all MacBooks are standardized according to Customer Corporate policy and necessary security compliance, including Anti-Virus, patches, local security settings, audit policies, and related security measures
Maintain system host names in accordance with the documented Customer naming convention and Automated Application Rollout Procedure
Remediate application vulnerabilities effectively
Implement and remediate Security Configuration (CIS Benchmark)
Execute User Persona Application Rollout
Manage stale MacBook records efficiently
Renew JAMF certifications (APNS, Activation, License Key, etc)
Daily compliance reporting for MacBook endpoints
Management and registration of MacBooks in Apple Business Manager (ABM)
Ensure all Customer-managed MacBooks are equipped with required compliance software, including Anti-Virus, Netskope, Forcepoint DLP, JAMF Protect, and enabled encryption
Standardize all MacBooks according to Customer Corporate policy, with monthly updates for macOS and applications
Maintain system host names in accordance with the documented Customer naming convention and Automated Application Rollout Procedure
Follow the User Persona Application Rollout Procedure
Manage stale MacBook records effectively
Provide technical support to the Mac support team as needed.
