Role & responsibilities Identify and evaluate land parcels for development based on market trends and company strategy. Conduct detailed due diligence including legal title checks, zoning/regulatory compliance, encumbrances, and environmental assessments. Liaise with landowners, brokers, legal advisors, and government bodies to facilitate smooth transactions. Lead commercial negotiations, MoU signings, and final acquisition agreements. Analyze site feasibility, development potential, and financial returns (IRR, ROI). Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams during acquisition and transition. Maintain a network of land aggregators and local stakeholders to source quality deals. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of land laws, due diligence processes, and development approvals.
