ABB Inc. is seeking Support lead resource to do regular run support for e.g Regular run business as usual support, regular weekly and monthly maintenance, Regular patching needed to manage vulnerabilities identified. They have 2 Opentext systems to support and 6 total servers. Key Responsibilities Regular day to day incident management related to OTX platform and applications in scope. (Archive Center, Content Server Management) Working and coordination with SAP Basis team for changes that may be needed on OTX application side due to patching/upgrade in SAP ECC application. Coordinate with product vendor for any issue requiring their support Regular monitoring of the system performance. Application releases, patches and changes alignment needed due to changes on SAP side. Coordinating and performing downtime activities related to maintenance. Support reasonable minor changes per month needed. Manage Vulnerabilities identified for application on regular basis Key Skills and Experience 12+ years of IT experience with 3-5 years professional experience using OpenText technologies Strong understanding of metadata, content, and hierarchy. Ability to apply consulting skills to solve a client business problem Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence Demonstrates the use of consulting skills including:questioning, listening, ideas development, permission and rapport, and influencing Strong written and oral communications skills Ability to understand complex business problems and offer meaningful solutions Named Job Posting?
