ABAP Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented ABAP Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. As an ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining custom SAP applications. Your role will involve working on a wide range of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, robust SAP solutions. You will utilize your expertise in ABAP programming to support and enhance our clients' SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain ABAP-based applications to support various business processes.Design and optimize SAP modules (R/3, S/4HANA) based on business requirements and specifications.Collaborate with functional teams to ensure efficient integration of ABAP programs with other SAP modules.Perform customizations and enhancements to SAP systems.Develop reports, forms, interfaces, and user exits in ABAP.Work on SAP enhancements (BADI, BAPI, user exits) to meet user requirements.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.Identify and resolve issues related to performance, debugging, and troubleshooting.Ensure the quality and integrity of code throughout the development lifecycle.Maintain documentation for all development work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
4 to 7 years of experience as an ABAP Developer, with hands-on experience in developing SAP applications.Proficiency in ABAP programming and experience with SAP R/3 and S/4HANA.Experience with SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, HR, and others.Strong knowledge of SAP Reports, ALV, BAPI, BADI, and IDocs.Solid experience with SAP Workflow, Forms (Smart Forms/Adobe Forms), and Enhancements.Knowledge of ABAP Objects and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.Experience with Performance Tuning and debugging techniques.Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 (good to have).Strong understanding of SAP ECC and integration with other SAP systems.Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Fiori development.Experience in Agile development methodologies.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
