1. Teaching and Training Conduct abacus and mental arithmetic classes for students according to the prescribed syllabus and curriculum. Use interactive teaching methods and tools to develop students’ concentration, memory, visualization, and calculation skills. Ensure students understand both abacus operations and mental calculation techniques. Provide personalized attention to students to ensure progress at their own pace. 2. Lesson Planning and Preparation Prepare structured lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments for each session. Maintain updated teaching materials, worksheets, and visual aids. Plan engaging activities to keep classes lively and effective. 3. Student Evaluation and Progress Tracking Assess students’ performance through regular tests and evaluations. Record and monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to parents. Identify areas where students need improvement and offer remedial support. 4. Classroom Management Maintain a positive, encouraging, and disciplined classroom environment. Ensure punctuality, regular attendance, and active participation of students.
