A FMCG Co needs a Head of Talent Acquisition in Gurgaon
Ideal Candidate Should be :
Masters + 5-10 years work experience
At least 5 years in Talent Acquisition in a process oriented organisation
Some experience in FMCG Cos is preferred, or in recruitment for frontline professionals, like in Telecom/Banking.
Very good in Stakeholder Management
Very high level of integrity
Other Factors
Only those, who are presently staying in Gurgaon or Delhi will be interviewed
It is a 5 days work from office job
