Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML programs across multiple teams.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and business partners to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical objectives and milestones for model development and deployment.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and identify opportunities to optimize project delivery.
Apply working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, data structures, and data analysis to support engineering teams and guide business SMEs.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong experience in program/project management, preferably in AI/ML projects.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and data frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with global stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
