Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role situated in Bhilwara for a 5S Implementation and Benefit Trainer. The trainer will deliver training to individuals and groups on the principles and practice of the 5S methodology, provide guidance on implementing 5S in organizational settings, and assess the success of 5S execution. Responsibilities also include creating tailored training material, hands-on demonstration, and evaluating participant progress.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in 5S methodology and its practical applications in organizational environments.
• Experience in conducting training sessions, public speaking, and facilitating workshops effectively.
• Knowledge in Operations Management, Quality Control, and Lean methodologies is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage participants effectively.
• Ability to create training materials and assess program outcomes for process improvements.
• Relevant certifications in Lean or Six Sigma are a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant practical experience is required.
