Role & responsibilities

AWMS 5S Activities

'- Coordinate and execute AWMS 5S activities in alignment with the AWMS Manual. - Drive routine activity of 5S elements at the shopfloor level. - Participate in Red Tagging processes and ensure timely closure of identified items. - Monitor AWMS 5S metrics, compile progress reports, and present MIS to leadership. - Participate in Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving using A3 and Small Group Activity formats. -Participate with the Zonal coordinator for the AWMA accreditation audit - MOM points and 5S register inputs data compilation for the steering committee meeting

BEx Initiatives for Continuous Improvement

- Support BEx initiatives to enhance equipment effectiveness through Tagging, CLIT and abnormality identification activities. - Support to Six Sigma Implementation process and improvements - Drive Jaguriti Group activities for AWMS 5S discipline activities - Support and mentor six sigma projects at the Shopfloor level - Support the IMS and Small Group Activities, Knowledge Mall implementation at the Zonal Level

Training & Awareness
- Develop AWMS 5S training modules for various zones. - Conduct induction training for new associates on AWMS 5S principles. - Coordinate One Point Lessons (OPL), Dos & Donts, and awareness materials across zones.

Visual Management & Standardization
- Develop and implement visual display systems and ensure standardization across zones. - Review with area owner for the Visual marking , direction marking and equipment identification - Coordinate Best Out of Waste and creative model preparation initiatives.

Promotional Activities
- Organize and participate in AWMS 5S promotional events such as rallies, slogan competitions, and home-based activities. - Extend AWMS 5S awareness to villages, colonies, supplier units, and plant surroundings.

Audits & Accreditation - Coordinate Management Audits at the ANIL plant. - Collaborate with Zonal Coordinator for AWMA accreditation audits. - Review AWMS 5S registers and ensure compliance across all defined zones.

Reporting & Recognition - Compile data for Before-After comparisons and 3-Minute Presentations. - Participate in Reward & Recognition programs and assist in nomination reviews. - Join weekly plant leadership rounds and follow up on action closures.
