5s Co-ordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a person who can support our client’s organization in following the 5's Co-ordinator and improve workplace standards. The role includes:

-Implementing 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across departments.

-Conducting audits to check workplace cleanliness, order, and safety.

-Giving training and awareness sessions to employees on 5S and safety practices.

-Working with different departments to improve processes and solve problems.

-Preparing reports and data analysis on audits and improvement activities.

-Supporting problem-solving and improvement projects for better efficiency.

-Ensuring health and safety compliance in all areas.

-Driving a culture of continuous improvement in the workplace.

Requirements:

-Good communication and teamwork skills.

-Ability to analyze data and prepare simple reports.

-Knowledge of 5S, workplace safety, and improvement tools is an advantage.

-Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset.
