Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of the
3DEXPERIENCE Platform
(On-prem/Cloud).
Manage
users, roles, licenses, and security contexts
.
Configure organizations, collaborative spaces, and access controls.
Monitor system performance, backups, and recovery activities.
Troubleshoot
3DPassport, 3DDashboard, 3DSpace
, and related applications.
Assist in deploying fix packs, hotfixes, and upgrades.
Support
CATIA / SOLIDWORKS
integrations and user issues.
Liaise with Dassault Systmes for support tickets.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with
3DEXPERIENCE Platform Administration
Understanding of Passport, Dashboard, Space, FCS, MCS
User/role/license management
Basic troubleshooting & log analysis
Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers
Good understanding of
PLM processes
