*Position Overview:*

We are seeking an experienced 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. This role involves both individual contribution and team work. The ideal candidate will manage and lead various design projects, bring creative ideas to life, and ensure the delivery of high-quality visual outputs.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Project Management:* Oversee and manage architectural walkthroughs, interactive unreal engine projects, rendering, video editing, and graphic design projects from conception to completion.

- *Creative Development:* Generate creative ideas and concepts, collaborating with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions.

- *Stakeholder Management:* Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide updates, etc

- *R&D:* Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in visual design to incorporate new techniques and innovations.

*Qualifications:*

- Proven experience in visual design, architectural walkthroughs, rendering, video editing, and graphic designing.

- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.

- Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
