ob Summary We are looking for a skilled Computer Technician / IT Support Engineer to handle Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services for our corporate clients. The technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network equipment , ensuring smooth daily operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities1. AMC Management & Client Support Perform scheduled preventive maintenance for all client systems under AMC. Attend on-site calls for system breakdowns, performance issues, and hardware/software failures. Maintain a daily service log , call register, and AMC documentation. 2. Desktop / Laptop Support Diagnose and fix OS issues (Windows), crashes, slow performance. Install, configure & update operating systems, drivers, and essential software. Data backup, data recovery, disk cleanup, antivirus installation & scanning. Handle hardware replacements: RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, etc. 3. Printer Installation & Maintenance Setup and configure all types of printers (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, etc.). Troubleshoot printing issues: paper jam, driver errors, scanning issues, network printer configuration. Perform preventive cleaning and maintenance of printers. 4. Server & Network Support Basic server maintenance (Windows Server, file sharing, user access, permissions). Handle LAN/WAN issues, IP configuration, router/modem troubleshooting. Manage switches, patch panels, network cabling issues. Diagnose network slowdowns, connectivity drops, and printer-sharing issues. 5. Security & Software Compliance Install and update antivirus, firewall basic configurations. Keep systems updated with patches & Windows updates. Ensure all systems follow company IT compliance requirements. 6. Hardware Troubleshooting Identify faulty components and replace parts. Assemble and upgrade desktops. Perform physical inspection, cleaning, and dust removal of systems. 7. Client Communication & Reporting Provide clear communication to clients during issues. Share preventive suggestions to avoid repeated failures. Prepare monthly AMC reports for clients. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Windows OS , Microsoft Office, drivers & utilities. Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners . Understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, IP addressing . Basic experience with server maintenance . Ability to diagnose both hardware & software problems accurately. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Diploma / Graduate in IT, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. 1–5 years of field support experience. Certifications like A+, N+, CCNA (optional) are an advantage. CCTV Technician / Surveillance Systems Engineer (Installation | Maintenance | Troubleshooting | Networking) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced CCTV Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, NVR/DVR setups, IP cameras, analog cameras, access control, and related security equipment . The technician will handle on-site service, cable routing, camera configuration, and AMC support for multiple client locations. Key Responsibilities1. CCTV Installation & Setup Install IP cameras, analog cameras, PTZ cameras , and video door phones. Mount and align cameras in correct viewing angles and heights. Install and configure DVR/NVR systems , storage setups, hard drives, and display monitors. Setup mobile viewing, remote access, and user accounts on mobile apps. 2. Cable Routing & Infrastructure Lay Cat6, coaxial, and power cables with proper conduit/ducting. Perform crimping, punching, testing of connectors (RJ45, BNC). Ensure neat and professional wiring, labeling, and termination. 3. Network Configuration Configure IP addresses, LAN settings, port forwarding, router setup. Connect cameras to switches, POE switches, and network racks. Troubleshoot internet issues affecting remote surveillance. 4. System Troubleshooting Diagnose camera offline issues, no display, flickering, and recording failures. Fix DVR/NVR errors, hard disk failures, and storage issues. Repair broken connectors, power issues, cable damages. Identify and replace faulty equipment. 5. AMC & Preventive Maintenance Provide regular preventive maintenance under Annual Maintenance Contracts . Clean cameras, check wiring, test playback, and verify recording. Maintain logs for all AMC visits with client signatures. 6. Customer Support & Reporting Attend on-site support calls for breakdowns. Communicate issues clearly to the client. Maintain installation reports, service reports, and configuration records. 7. Additional Security System Support (If applicable for your company—optional lines) Install and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems . Support access control devices and intercom systems. Basic configuration of fire alarm panels (if required). Required Skills Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (IP & Analog). Good understanding of networking (LAN, routers, switches, IP settings). Experience with POE switches , NVR/DVR brands (CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua, etc.). Ability to read cabling diagrams and handle wiring tools. Strong troubleshooting skills. Good communication and client-handling ability. Qualifications ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields. 1–5 years of experience in CCTV installation & service. Certification in CCTV/security systems is an advantage. Experience with CP Plus preferred. Work Expectations Travel to multiple client sites daily. Comfortable working at heights (ladders, rooftops, poles). Ability to handle tools and lifting tasks. Maintain professional behaviour and punctuality. Handle urgent breakdown calls when needed.
