3D Digital Twin Specialist

As a highly motivated 3D Digital Twin Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital twins for engineering dashboards, operational dashboards, visualizations, and advanced animations. Your role will involve 3D modeling, process optimization, problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D models for products, infrastructure, environments, and geospatial datasets using tools such as Blender, Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar software. - Build accurate and optimized digital twins suitable for engineering-grade dashboards, simulations, and animations while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and performance. - Optimize 3D workflows to reduce turnaround time, identify bottlenecks, introduce improved techniques, and ensure efficient asset preparation for real-time engines and web-based visualization platforms. - Understand problem statements clearly, propose practical solutions, conduct R&D on new methods, tools, plugins, and automation techniques, and explore new industry needs, domains, and best practices in 3D, GIS, and digital twin technologies. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and visualization teams to build end-to-end digital twin pipelines, suggest creative ideas for visual storytelling, simulations, and technical animations, and work on prototyping and experimenting with new approaches. Preferred Skills & Tools: - Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and scene setup. - Experience with Unreal Engine, Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or equivalent software. - Understanding of geospatial data, GIS workflows, or infrastructure modeling. - Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory): Experience with animation, motion graphics, or cinematic visualization, understanding of digital twin platforms or real-time engines, scripting or coding knowledge in Python, JavaScript, 3D tool scripting (Blender Python API, MaxScript, Unreal Blueprint/C++ basics), knowledge of photogrammetry, LiDAR, or reality capture workflows.
