Key Responsibilities

Relevant experience in event/exhibition design is a core requirement for this position.

• Booth Design

  : For expos, trade shows, and brand showcase zones — this is a core component of B2B/corporate events.

• Stage Setup & Layouts

  : Corporate events like product launches, leadership summits, dealer meets, and annual conferences all require creative but brand-safe stage designs and venue planning.

• Venue Layout Planning

  : Crucial for optimizing guest flow, seating, zones (reception, branding areas, AV zones), and audience engagement — highly relevant to corporate setups.

• Client Collaboration

  : In corporate events, everything is brand-led and needs close alignment with client teams — so this is essential.

• 3D Modeling for Approvals

  : Clients and internal teams rely heavily on walkthroughs and renders to visualize how the event will look, making this a critical task.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-4

  years of experience

  as a 3D Designer in the

  event/exhibition industry

• Proficient in:

  3ds Max

  ,

  Adobe Illustrator

  ,

  Photoshop

  ,

  CorelDRAW,

  AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, and fabrication processes
• A strong portfolio showcasing

  booth/stage/venue layout designs.
