About The Opportunity

Position:

Location:

• Create high-quality 3D assets and photorealistic renders for product, lifestyle, and environment shots from concept through final deliverables.
• Develop efficient asset pipelines: modeling ➜ UV unwrapping ➜ PBR texturing ➜ lighting ➜ rendering/comp for stills and short motion sequences.
• Collaborate with art directors, photographers, and marketing teams to interpret briefs, iterate on look-dev, and deliver assets on schedule.
• Optimize models and textures for fast render times and real-time use (interactive previews or AR/VR applications) while preserving visual fidelity.
• Maintain versioned scene files, render layers, and documentation to ensure reproducible, production-ready outputs.
• Participate in review cycles, implement feedback quickly, and elevate visual quality through best-practice workflows.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven portfolio of photorealistic 3D work (product, lifestyle, or architectural renders).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in 3D design, visualization, or related production roles.
• Strong command of modeling, UV unwrapping, and retopology techniques.
• Expertise in PBR texturing workflows and material authoring.
• Proficiency with industry-standard DCC tools (Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya) and Substance Painter.
• Experience with production rendering engines and lighting setups to achieve photoreal results.
  

Preferred

• Experience with real-time engines (Unreal Engine or Unity) for interactive visualizations.
• Familiarity with V-Ray, Arnold, or Octane renderers and compositing basics (Nuke/After Effects).
• Experience producing short motion renders or basic motion-graphics integration.
