3D Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our creative team at Bright Show Events & Services, a leading event management company. The ideal candidate will bring event concepts to life through innovative 3D visualizations, stage designs, event layouts, and immersive environments. You’ll work closely with event producers, clients, and other creatives to transform briefs into visually striking and functional event spaces.Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs for event setups, exhibition booths, product launches, conferences, weddings, and themed events.Collaborate with event planners, production teams, and clients to understand requirements and translate concepts into engaging 3D designs.Develop layout plans, stage and set designs, branding mockups, and venue spatial arrangements.Design both realistic and conceptual event environments based on venue specifications, budgets, and themes.Maintain a strong understanding of production and fabrication limitations to ensure designs are feasible.Provide 3D assets and technical drawings for production and fabrication teams.Stay updated with trends in 3D design, architecture, and event design aesthetics.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.Experience with event production/event management or working with fabrication teams.Knowledge of AR/VR integration and motion graphics is a plus.Portfolio demonstrating past 3D event designs is required. Experience in 3D design, preferably within events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.Proficiency in 3D software such as:Autodesk 3ds Max / Maya / Cinema 4DSketchUpAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Lumion or similar rendering enginesStrong understanding of spatial design, lighting, materials, and textures.Ability to interpret briefs and creatively visualize spaces with attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on high-profile events and brand experiences.Creative freedom and a collaborative team culture.Professional growth and training opportunities.
