Job Title – Graphic Designer

Reporting to – Creative Head

Location – Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for creating an overall concept and aesthetic that will capture the attention of your guests, enhance the ambience, and create a memorable experience by weaving different elements – visuals, audios and experience together in harmony.

· Oversee the planning, design, and decoration for an event. Handle varying responsibilities assigned by client or employer in an effective way.

· Work within the venue space available to plan the decor and layout of the event space.

· Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and client preferences. Incorporate feedback and contribute to a cohesive event aesthetic.

· Designs print and digital products including digital graphics, event materials, corporate collateral, presentation materials/templates as well as illustrative materials like iconography using the latest software to develop innovative digital and print experiences that meet the client’s requirement.

• Stay updated on design trends and technologies relevant to the industry. Continuously curates, grows, and updates our graphics library, including templates and core assets.

· Helps to brainstorm creative ways we can raise its visibility with core audiences and grow website traffic, email subscribers, and social media followers.

· Works with agency and internal stakeholders for proofs for printing or digital execution, reviewing proofs, and distributing to relevant internal clients.

· Work both independently and collaboratively with the creative and operations team when required.

· Quickly adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines. Wherever possible schedule projects based on priority to balance the workload, which might include multiple simultaneous projects.

· Study existing visuals, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.

Qualification & Work Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant discipline

2. 2-4 years’ experience in design (academic + professional)

3. Experience designing for the events Industry

4. Must have design experience with Adobe, Photoshop, Illustration.

5. Exceptional, innovative design skills to produce error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Ability to communicate creative concepts & designs clearly and effectively to the clients, internal teams and external teams.

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills

8. Time-management and multi-tasking skills for meeting deadlines

9. Proficiency in video editing and animation is a plus.

10. Must provide a portfolio of visually compelling samples demonstrating user-centered design and cohesive design systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
