About the Company:ADDY Events is a leading event management and production company specializing in weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, and large-scale event setups. We deliver immersive experiences through creative stage designs, exhibition stalls, and stadium setups, blending aesthetics with technical precision. Key Responsibilities:Create 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for exhibition stalls, event setups, stage designs, and stadium layouts. Develop conceptual layouts and realistic visualizations based on client briefs. Design custom booths, pavilions, and experiential zones with accurate dimensions and branding elements. Translate 2D sketches, CAD plans, and design concepts into detailed 3D outputs. Produce photorealistic renders and animations for client presentations. Collaborate with event planners, production, and fabrication teams to ensure feasibility. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality 3D visuals and implement feedback efficiently. Stay updated on latest 3D software, visualization techniques, and event design trends. Candidate Preferences / Requirements:Experience: 1–5 years in 3D designing for events, exhibitions, or architectural setups. Software: Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, or equivalent. Skills: Strong sense of space, aesthetics, lighting, and materials. Communication: Ability to present concepts clearly to clients and internal teams. Teamwork: Collaborative mindset for working with production and operations teams. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Portfolio: Must provide a showcase of previous 3D designs, renders, or walkthroughs. Note: Formal degree or certification is not mandatory; experience, skill, and portfolio are the key criteria.
