3D Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Creative Designer with a specialization in 3D concept art to join our team at a pharmaceutical advertising agency. As the ideal candidate, you should possess exceptional expertise in areas such as composition, perspective, anatomy, digital painting, and vector creation. Your role will involve developing imaginative illustrations, creating high-quality 3D assets, and designing vector-based graphics tailored to meet diverse client needs. Collaboration across teams and the ability to deliver compelling visuals aligned with strategic objectives are crucial aspects of this role. You should have a strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, composition, light, color, form, and visual communication. Proficiency in storyboarding, concept sketching, illustration, and digital painting is essential, along with experience in 3D modeling, sculpting, texturing, lighting, and animation. Additionally, knowledge of vector art, graphic design, and photo manipulation will be beneficial for this position. In terms of software proficiency, you should be skilled in various tools such as Cinema 4D, Octane/Redshift for 3D modeling, lighting, and rendering, ZBrush for 3D sculpting, and Substance Designer, Substance Painter, Substance Sampler for 3D texturing. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and After Effects for video editing and animation is also required. While not mandatory, knowledge of 3D physics simulations and particle systems would be considered a bonus. The ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving project needs and artistic styles are also important attributes for this position.
