We’re looking for a skilled and imaginative 3D Animator to bring life, personality, and storytelling to our digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality 3D animations for characters, products, or visual storytelling elements across branding, marketing, and digital content. The ideal candidate is passionate about motion, has a strong sense of timing and movement, and can translate ideas into engaging animated experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D materials & animate them - eg: characters, products, and environments.
• Collaborate with designers, modelers, and developers to ensure animation aligns with creative direction.
• Translate storyboards and concept art into smooth, believable motion.
• Work on rigging and skinning for character animation when needed.
• Optimize animations for performance across platforms (web, video, AR/VR, etc.).
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback constructively.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, rigging, and character mechanics.
• Portfolio/demo reel showcasing professional-quality 3D animation.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Unity/Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
