3D Artist / Designer

As a 3D Artist & Animator at Wings, a creative Design and Development company located in Chennai, India, specializing in crafting brilliant user experiences through innovative website design and development, you will play a crucial role in bringing life, personality, and storytelling to digital experiences. Your primary responsibility will be creating high-quality 3D animations for characters, products, or visual storytelling elements across branding, marketing, and digital content. Your passion for motion, strong sense of timing and movement, and ability to translate ideas into engaging animated experiences will be key to success in this role. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Create high-quality 3D materials and animate them, including characters, products, and environments. - Collaborate with designers, modelers, and developers to ensure animations align with the creative direction. - Translate storyboards and concept art into smooth, believable motion. - Work on rigging and skinning for character animation when required. - Optimize animations for performance across various platforms such as web, video, AR/VR, etc. - Meet project deadlines while upholding a high standard of quality. - Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback constructively. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proficiency in software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D. - Strong understanding of animation principles, rigging, and character mechanics. - Portfolio/demo reel showcasing professional-quality 3D animation. - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Unity/Unreal Engine is a plus. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and time-management skills.,
