3D Artist / Designer

As a 3D Artist & Animator at Wings, a creative Design and Development company based in Chennai, India, specializing in crafting brilliant user experiences through innovative website design and development, your role will involve bringing life, personality, and storytelling to digital experiences. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D animations for characters, products, or visual storytelling elements across branding, marketing, and digital content. The ideal candidate is passionate about motion, possesses a strong sense of timing and movement, and can effectively translate ideas into engaging animated experiences. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Create high-quality 3D materials and animate them, such as characters, products, and environments. - Collaborate with designers, modelers, and developers to ensure animations align with the creative direction. - Translate storyboards and concept art into smooth, believable motion. - Work on rigging and skinning for character animation as required. - Optimize animations for performance across various platforms (web, video, AR/VR, etc.). - Meet project deadlines while upholding a high standard of quality. - Participate in creative reviews and integrate feedback constructively. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proficiency in software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D. - Strong understanding of animation principles, rigging, and character mechanics. - Portfolio/demo reel showcasing professional-quality 3D animation. - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Unity/Unreal Engine is a plus. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and time-management skills.,
