Job Description

Job Title: FICO DM Developer

Experience: 4 to 9 years

Role & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain decisioning systems using FICO DM or equivalent tools.
Build and integrate Microservices and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable backend solutions.
Work on data-driven logic using Python (Pandas) or Java (Spring Boot, J2EE).
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Must-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with
FICO DM
and
Blaze Advisor
(or willingness to upskill).
Strong backend development in
Python
(especially Pandas) or
Java
(Spring Boot, J2EE).
Experience with
Microservices architecture
and
REST APIs
.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Exposure to decisioning platforms or financial services domain.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
Agile/Scrum experience.
