Job Title: FICO DM Developer

Experience: 4–9 years

Location: All EXL Location (Hyderabad Preferred)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain decisioning systems using FICO DM or equivalent tools.
• Build and integrate Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable backend solutions.
• Work on data-driven logic using Python (Pandas) or Java (Spring Boot, J2EE).
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with

  FICO DM

  and

  Blaze Advisor

  (or willingness to upskill).
• Strong backend development in

  Python

  (especially Pandas) or

  Java

  (Spring Boot, J2EE).
• Experience with

  Microservices architecture

  and

  REST APIs

  .

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to decisioning platforms or financial services domain.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
