We are seeking an experienced 21st Century Education & Learning Strategist to guide our faculty in implementing the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and fostering 360° student development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teachers in NEP 2020 implementation, including competency-based learning, multilingualism, and experiential pedagogy.
• Support holistic student development, encompassing arts, sports, life skills, leadership, ethics, and well-being.
• Conduct teacher training workshops, classroom demonstrations, and mentorship sessions to enhance pedagogical skills.
• Advise school leadership on curriculum alignment, assessment strategies, and co-curricular integration in line with modern 21st-century education principles.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and reflective teaching practices among faculty.

Qualifications & Experience

• Retired Principals, Senior School Leaders, or Professional Education Consultants with 20+ years of experience in school education.
• Experience in implementing NEP-2020 or equivalent education reforms is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in teacher training, modern pedagogies, and holistic student development.
• Strong understanding of 21st-century skills including critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site for the full 2-month program.
• Open to discussion on honorarium and engagement terms; flexibility possible for exceptional candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
