Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Planning Head in Mechanical Constructions with experience in cement factory projects. This on-site role is based in Pali and will focus on overseeing and managing planning activities specific to mechanical construction projects. Responsibilities include developing and implementing project plans, resource and manpower scheduling, ensuring project timelines are met, conducting progress assessments, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Planning Head will also ensure compliance with safety standards and manage risk to deliver efficient solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Automotive knowledge
• Experience in Maintenance and Inspection of mechanical systems within construction projects
• Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and related engineering tools
• Strong organizational, project planning, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Prior experience working in cement factory projects is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines
