🔹 Role Overview

As an O365 Engineer, you will lead the execution and technical implementation of Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. You’ll own tenant administration, drive complex solution delivery, and support critical IT systems with a forward-thinking, engineering-led approach.

🔹 What You’ll Do

Design, engineer, and implement Microsoft O365 solutions as we continue to scale.

Provide Tier-3 support across the full O365 stack.

Manage changes using proper lifecycle, risk, and change-management processes.

Mentor team members and contribute to architecture discussions & strategic initiatives.

🔹 What You Bring (Technical Must-Haves)

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365/O365 engineering & administration.

Deep expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD, scripting, and tenant management.

Strong PowerShell / Python automation skills; experience building runbooks (PowerShell, C#).

Experience with:

Azure resources (Virtual WAN, Application Gateway, Route Tables, Policies)

CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

IaC tools: ARM, Bicep, Terraform

Managing cloud instances (Azure/AWS/GCP) — compute, storage, security groups, load balancing, network

O365 security features: AIP, DLP, eDiscovery, Conditional Access

Familiarity with Cisco Collaboration tools (e.g., WebEx).

Exposure to AD, VMware, SQL Server, Backup/Recovery, Storage, Azure Cloud, etc.

🔹 General Skills

Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.

Strong communication — ability to explain technical solutions to stakeholders.

Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.

Solid hands-on experience with Windows, Exchange (2016+), and O365 environments.

🎓 Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

Microsoft O365 certifications are a strong advantage.
