Order Fulfillment Executive( (Role Contract Randstad Payroll)

CTC Range - 4.5 Lpa to 5 Lpa

Location - Bangalore ( Hebbala)

Role & responsibilities

The Order to Delivery Creation process encompasses the entire workflow from order placement to Delivery Creation. An O2D professional manages and optimizes this process to ensure efficient order fulfillment, accurate billing, and timely review Appointment tagging of Orders and incremental Stock Allocation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Manage and oversee the entire order-to-delivery cycle from order receipt to Execution
• Ensure accurate and timely allocating Stocks and DO Creation processes.
• Coordinate with CFA, sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies and customer Order related issues.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure accuracy in order entry.
• Generate and manage appointment Orders, ensuring timely and accurate Delivery Creation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and stocks allocation.
• Monitor Appointment tagging Sales Orders and follow up with Customer Service
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the O2D process and improve efficiency.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience in order-to-cash or similar roles.
• High level of analytical ability
• Strong understanding of delivery creation and invoicing procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and ERP systems.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Graduate with MBA (or) Engineering Background.
• Prior 2-5 years in FMCG Industry in the areas of CFA, Order Management, Channels Operations.
