Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with existing clients and prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Making follow- up calls to confirm order.
  • Coordinate for Order Processing, Order Clearance, Payment Collections.
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
  • Attend regular meetings with clients for technical governance and resolution of conflicts
  • Communicate production timelines as well as product availability with customers
  • Work in tandem with the product team regarding production forecasts
  • Manage Indiamart and Trade India accounts
  • Prepare proforma invoice and quotations as per customer demand
  • Presentation to senior management as and when required

Regular follow up and support for the key customer


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B chemical sales experience (required)
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good at email drafting
  • Experience in full sales cycle, including deal closing
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant platforms
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate value chains, assess risks, and identify growth potential of accounts
