A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to secure top talent and support the organization’s growth.

• 採用戦略の立案・実行
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• 候補者のスクリーニング・面接・評価
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
• 採用プロセスの管理・改善
• Manage and improve recruitment processes.
• 求人情報の作成・運用
• Create and manage job postings.
• 採用データ分析・KPI管理
• Analyze recruitment data and track KPIs.
• 採用マーケティング・ブランディング活動
• Conduct recruitment marketing and employer branding activities.
• 部門マネージャーやHRチームとの連携
• Collaborate with department managers and HR teams.

必須スキル / Must-have:

• 人材採用・リクルーティングの経験（3年以上）
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• 面接・候補者評価スキル
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• 採用プロセス管理能力
• Ability to manage recruitment processes effectively.
• コミュニケーション能力・交渉力
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• ビジネスレベルの日本語または英語力
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English.
