タレントアクイジションスペシャリスト / Talent Acquisition Specialist 勤務地 / Location: 東京、日本 (Tokyo, Japan) 雇用形態 / Employment: 正社員 / Full-time 役割 / Role タレントアクイジションスペシャリストは、組織の採用戦略の立案・実行を担当し、優秀な人材を確保して会社の成長を支援します。 A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to secure top talent and support the organization’s growth. 主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities 採用戦略の立案・実行 Develop and execute recruitment strategies. 候補者のスクリーニング・面接・評価 Screen, interview, and assess candidates. 採用プロセスの管理・改善 Manage and improve recruitment processes. 求人情報の作成・運用 Create and manage job postings. 採用データ分析・KPI管理 Analyze recruitment data and track KPIs. 採用マーケティング・ブランディング活動 Conduct recruitment marketing and employer branding activities. 部門マネージャーやHRチームとの連携 Collaborate with department managers and HR teams. 応募条件 / Requirements 必須スキル / Must-have: 人材採用・リクルーティングの経験（3年以上） Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. 面接・候補者評価スキル Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. 採用プロセス管理能力 Ability to manage recruitment processes effectively. コミュニケーション能力・交渉力 Strong communication and negotiation skills. ビジネスレベルの日本語または英語力 Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English. 歓迎スキル / Nice to Have: グローバル企業での採用経験 Experience in recruitment within multinational companies.
