We are looking for an experienced 𝗢𝗱𝗼𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟯–𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗱𝗼𝗼 𝗘𝗥𝗣 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. The ideal candidate will work closely with 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿-𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗢𝗱𝗼𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Develop, customise, and maintain Odoo modules (both Odoo Community & Enterprise).

• Implement and integrate Odoo applications across different business domains (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Optimise and maintain existing Odoo workflows and modules for performance and scalability.

• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to deliver projects on time.

• Keep up to date with Odoo releases, features, and best practices.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• 3–5 years of experience as an Odoo Developer.

• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.

• Experience in Odoo module development, customisation, and workflow management.

• Knowledge of Odoo APIs, ORM, and third-party integration.

• Familiarity with Odoo Studio is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good understanding of ERP business processes (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting).

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent communication skills.
