We’re looking for a passionate and proactive 𝗛𝗥 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 who can help us find and onboard 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 at 𝗭𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝘃𝘁. 𝗟𝘁𝗱.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

 • Partner with colleges, universities, and training institutes to identify potential student interns.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internship roles (sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding).

 • Promote our internship opportunities on social media and job portals.

 • Maintain relationships with educational institutions for continuous talent engagement.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Background in 𝗛𝗥 / 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 / 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

• Excellent communication and networking skills.

• Energetic and self-motivated approach to outreach and engagement.

• Experience in campus hiring or student placement will be a plus.
