• データの収集・整理・クレンジング
• Collect, organize, and clean data
• データ分析・統計処理・可視化
• Perform data analysis, statistical processing, and visualization
• KPIやビジネス指標のモニタリング
• Monitor KPIs and business metrics
• 分析結果のレポート作成・プレゼンテーション
• Prepare reports and presentations based on analysis results
• 各部門との連携による課題解決支援
• Collaborate with teams to support problem-solving
• データ品質や信頼性の維持
• Ensure data quality and reliability

• データ分析・BIツール・統計分析の実務経験（2年以上）
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, BI tools, or statistical analysis
• SQLやPython/Rなどによるデータ処理・分析スキル
• Proficiency in data processing and analysis using SQL, Python, or R
• BIツール（Tableau, Power BI, Looker等）の利用経験
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• 分析結果を分かりやすく伝えるコミュニケーション力
• Ability to communicate analysis results clearly
• ビジネスレベルの日本語または英語力
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese or English

• 大規模データセットの分析経験
• Experience analyzing large datasets
• 機械学習・統計モデルの構築経験
• Experience building machine learning or statistical models
• データ基盤・ETLパイプラインの理解
• Understanding of data infrastructure and ETL pipelines
• 多文化・グローバル環境での業務経験
• Experience working in multicultural or global environments
