Primary Skills & Qualifications:Certified Zuora Admin and other relevant technical certificationsExpert-level knowledge in Zuora product configuration, billing, and finance settings5+ years overall experience with 4+ years specifically in Zuora Billing
Strong expertise in:Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, Payments, IntegrationBilling/Finance Configuration and Workflow ManagementConsumption Subscription Billing modelsProven experience as a Zuora SME on subscription-based business modelsPrevious experience working with consulting partners is a plus
Job Responsibilities:Act as the Zuora Billing SME and lead configuration and integration effortsDesign, develop, and support complex billing workflowsConfigure finance settings within Zuora to support enterprise needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Billing, Finance, Product, DevOps) to deliver scalable Zuora solutionsSupport and troubleshoot billing/invoicing workflows and data issuesOptimize and automate recurring billing and subscription lifecycle processes
