Zuora Senior Developer

Role Overview:

Zuora Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Zuora implementations, enhancements, and configurations.
• Administer and optimize Zuora tenant settings including

  product catalog, billing operations, finance settings, payment gateways, and workflow automation

  .
• Act as

  Zuora Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Support the design and execution of subscription-based business models, including

  consumption billing

  .
• Develop and maintain integrations between Zuora and systems such as

  Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Vertex, Avalara, and payment providers like Stripe, Adyen, JPM, and BOA

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver

  Quote-to-Cash (QTC)

  solutions and

  CPQ configurations

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to invoicing, revenue recognition, and payment processing.
• Create and manage

  Zuora Workflow

  processes to automate business functions.
• Provide training and support to business users and IT stakeholders on Zuora best practices.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Zuora Administrator

  (mandatory).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with

  Zuora Billing and Subscription Management.

• 3+ years of experience with

  CPQ, QTC implementations, and billing system integrations

  .
• Strong experience with Zuora APIs, Workflow, and product catalog configuration.
• Proven experience working with integration platforms and enterprise applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
• Familiarity with payment systems and tax engines like

  Vertex and Avalara

  .
• Consulting experience is highly preferred.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting or client-facing environment.
• Experience with global deployments and multi-currency billing.
