As a Zuora Lead/Architect at LTIM, your role will involve Architecture, Design & Delivery of global Subscription billing & revenue solutions. You will be the Zuora technical subject matter expert and maintain a deep understanding of systems in use, including integrations. Your responsibility will be to drive continuous improvement of business processes on the Zuora platform. Key Responsibilities: - Architecture, Design & Delivery of global Subscription billing & revenue solutions - Zuora technical subject matter expert - Maintain an in-depth understanding of systems in use, including integrations - Drive continuous improvement of business process on Zuora platform Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum of 5 years IT experience Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues with Zuora and connected systems - Strong understanding of agile methodologies - Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate across borders - Communicate and collaborate with internal technical teams and external business teams: sales; marketing; and customer service - Proven ability to work in a self-directed manner - Able to set priorities and remain flexible in a changing environment - Builds relationships with and gains the trust of customers by always meeting commitments.
